A $4.0 million, 69,000 SF expansion of and renovation to the Washington Ballet School. Addition included 24,000 SF that added administrative space and two dance studios.
The roof structure consisted of exposed steel bowstring roof trusses. Renovation work included 45,000 SF removal of several load bearing walls and columns with a construction cost of $1.5 million.
