McMullan & Associates teamed with Harkins Builders and Stanmyre & Noel Architects to provide structural engineering services for this design-build project consisting of two dormitories. These are three story, masonry-bearing/precast plank buildings on two separate sites. The buildings provide a total of 300 sleeping “modules,” housing 600 Marines.
