McMullan & Associates is providing structural design, construction documents and construction administration services for a $190 million, 490,000 SF addition, renovation, and garage for the Holy Cross Hospital, located in Silver Spring, MD. The project involves a new 120,000 SF patient tower spanning over an existing access road. The renovation includes new escalators, elevators, a sky bridge, and a major MEP upgrade. Project also includes a new 8,000 SF central plant, and the design for seismic requirements of IBC for the Emergency Office Building.
