The College of William & Mary Small Hall Addition/Renovation

This 65,000 SF renovation included a 22,000 SF lab module addition to the existing science building and used the requirements of CPSM/BCOM. The new building houses space for state-of-the-art academic science research, laboratories, and teaching facilities. Renovation work in the existing building included new elevators, stairs, facade modifications, structural strengthening of existing floors, and MEP upgrades that required new floor openings and supporting structure. Renovation work was designed following a field inspection of the existing building and a code compliance investigation with evaluations and recommendations.
