Sterling Branch Library

McMullan provided structural design and construction administration for this 14,500 SF fit-out of leased retail space converted into a new library. The space features all typical library functions with staff offices and support spaces, as well as the design and installation of skylights for natural light and an open ceiling to mirror the high ceiling atmosphere of traditional, stand-alone libraries. The project was designed to LEED Silver certification.
